My twist on the classic Rocky Road is not only super quick and easy to make but it's so delicious you'll be making it again and again.
Ingredients
Chocolate - I personally choose to use milk chocolate as I'm not a big fan of dark chocolate (outrageous I know!!). Dark chocolate can easily be substituted if you prefer.
Marshmallows - I use So Soft Pink & White marshmallows for this recipe. They are the perfect size, gluten free and available at Woolworths.
Peanuts - I buy crushed peanuts for this recipe but you can use whole nuts or crush / chop them yourself if you prefer.
The Twist - Jelly Babies - The Woolworths brand Jelly Babies don't contain gluten (at time of publishing, always check the packet) and take this recipe to the next level. Definitely don't leave these out!!
